A BIG thanks to Blackburn with Darwen Council for putting on an excellent festival last weekend.
I congratulate all concerned for providing such a diverse and entertaining spectacle. Along with many of my friends and family, I enjoyed a summer weekend to remember. Can we have another one next week?
