SHOWING in East Lancashire has been an American film called 'The Patriot.' It is by far the most anti-English film ever made in the United States.
Historically inaccurate, it also contains barefaced lies. It should never have been allowed to have been shown in England.
It is not just the American film industry which does this. Right across the world, anti-English sentiments are being expressed on a daily basis. We must be mad to tolerate this constant abuse from every Tom, Dick and Harry, without taking any action.
It is like watching a nation throw in the towel. Have we nobody with any power or influence in our midst to 'speak for England'?
