THE government has surely lost the plot on education. They have recently began talking about introducing single-sex education. However, they are talking about this at the same time as putting single-sex grammar schools under threat of closure.
Having opposed all forms of selection in the past, they now want selection by gender.
When will the government stop this heavy-handed interfering approach to education and telling teachers what to do?
