Pauline, who works at Simon Jersey, has seen her career motor ahead after the Altham company introduced an appraisal programme as part of the Investors in People scheme.
Pauline, 41, from Burnley, used to work in quality control but during her appraisal expressed an interest in moving into garment technology.
A year on she is now an assistant garment technologist
"I now have a job that really interests me and builds on my previous experience," said Pauline. Simon Jersey was awarded Investors in People status in 1998.
