A MAJOR deal has been struck to distribute fabrics and wallcoverings from an East Lancashire warehousing operation.
Cornwell Parker has entered into a five-year agreement with Sanderson to provide warehousing and distribution services for the firm's fabrics and wallcoverings.
Sanderson will transfer its warehousing operation to Cornwell Parker's distribution facility Burnley, from January 1.
Cornwell Parker said the additional utilisation was expected to bring about a significant improvement in the distribution centre's financial performance.
The warehouse opened in 1997 as part of a £4.5million investment.
