STAFF at a sweet factory have developed a taste for success after their firm gained the prestigious Investors in People standard.
Accrington-based Stockley Sweets, which employs 29 people, is the latest East Lancashire employer to achieve the staff training and development accolade.
Phil Lawson, managing director of the confectionery manufacturers, said: "This is a fantastic achievement for us.
"Investors in People has already benefited Stockley's with improved communications throughout the company and a boost in staff morale, improved productivity and a better understanding of the company's aims and long-term goals.
"With productivity levels rising and a 15 per cent increase in turnover during the past 12 months, we are confident that the Investors in People standard will enable us to improve on our success."
Mr Lawson is pictured being presented with the Investor in People award by Mark Price, chief executive of ELTEC, watched by staff.
