Warrington 0 Clitheroe 2
A PLUM home draw with UniBond Premier Division side Hyde United is Clitheroe's FA Cup reward after they cruised past Warrington.
Goals from Neil Spencer and assistant boss Lee Sculpher proved more than enough to see off the home side in a dour tussle played out on a bumpy surface.
Manager Dave Burgess was well satisfied. He: "We weren't at our best by any means, but acquitted ourselves well and were on top throughout.
"It's a great draw to have Hyde coming to our place and it will show how far we have come."
A shot from Spencer from the edge of the box eight minutes from half time gave Clitheroe a deserved lead. It was his sixth goal of the campaign for the Blues.
And then defender Sculpher moved forward to crack home an unstoppable shot midway through the second half.
The Clitheroe goal was rarely threatened although Warrington did hit the crossbar in the final 10 minutes.
