POLICE would like details of a man who walked into the cellar of a house through the open door and stole a brand new boxed mitre saw and an electric drill and bits in a black carry case at around 6.15pm on Friday September 8. He is described as 20-25 years, slight/medium build, black hair and casually dressed in a black and red anorak. He possibly spoke with a Scottish accent.
