LANCASTER darts star Alan Warriner stepped up to the oche to entertain an enthusiastic audience at the Boot & Shoe, Scotforth at a fund raising event for the NSPCC.
Fifteen darts enthusiasts unsuccessfully pitted their throwing arm against one of the world's coollest darts players The Ice Man, but they did not go away empty handed as they each received a special certificate to mark the occasion.
The amount raised of £1730 included a generous input from Alan who donated his appearance fee and a raffle, which included prizes donated by Mitchells of Lancaster, Booth's Supermarket Scotforth, and staff and management of the Boot & Shoe.
