A SIX-YEAR-OLD boy escaped serious injury after a collision with a car. Lee Nield, of Spinney Drive, Bury, sustained a cut to his hand after the collision with a Toyota Carina, driven by Mehdi Khan (39), of Bolton.
The accident happened in Arley Avenue at its junction with Spinney Drive on Friday (Oct 13). After hospital treatment, the youngster was allowed home.
