On Saturday the Tangerines face Macclesfield who are currently seventh in the league. The Moss Rose outfit, now managed by Peter Davenport, beat Torquay 2-1 on Tuesday night.

NEW loan signing, goalkeeper Jon Kennedy is expected to play.

ON Tuesday Pool host Carlisle United at Bloomfield Road. The Cumbrians have narrowly avoided relegation to the conference in the last two seasons and are struggling again this year. But they have won two matches away from home so might not be such a pushover.

PLAYERS from the club will be attending the ASDA fun day on the Cherry Tree Road car park, Blackpool on Monday between 10 am and 4pm. Any person who wears Tangerine or a Blackpool FC piece of clothing will receive a free ticket to the Carlisle match.

THE CLUB has announced that, following the excellent response to the family discount ticket for the Southend United match they will be repeating the scheme for the Carlisle match.

This means you an buy an adult and junior/senior citizen ticket together for either the South or East paddocks for £13. FOLLOWING a fans forum at Bloomfield Road which the club described as "productive" season tickets for under 18s will be £137 for paddocks and £157 for seats - a reduction of 50 per cent from the price scale from junior to adult. For the remainder of this season tickets are £103 and £112.

The club will also announce half time scores during the intervals at future games.

A GOALKEEPER coaching day is being held by the club on Wednesday. The event will be held at Blackpool and the Fylde College, Ashfield Road and will run from 10.30am to 2.30pm.

Attending will be the first team goalkeeping coach Barry Siddall along with other goalkeeping coaches and each participant will receive an official goalkeeping jersey and a certificate of achievement.

Places are limited on a first come first serve basis and the price is a one off payment of £20 per person. Both young and old are welcome to attend.
