ROSSENDALE Search and Rescue Team chairman Paul Higgins and team member Judy Whiteside were among more than 212 walkers who tackled a 13km trek over Pendle Hill to raise money.
Walkers were sponsored for their own causes and split the proceeds 50/50 with the search and rescue team.
Sponsorship and donations raised £1,000 for the team which needs a minimum of £15,000 each year to operate efficiently.
