THE Samaritans in Blackburn are appealing for volunteers.
Growing demand means they need to recruit and train.
The next training class is in February but selection of trainees will start with an informal session at the Samaritans' office, 105 New Park Street, on Saturday, November 11 at 10.30am. Others will be held on Sunday, December 10 at 10.30am, Tuesday, January 9 at 8pm and Sunday, January 21 at 10.30am.
The sessions last between one and two hours.
