PUBLIC toilets on the corner of Whitefield Park were closed temporarily after a man was reported "acting suspiciously".
A 13-year-old boy claimed he had been "flashed at" by a man in the gents toilet block, which is owned by Bury Council, on Tuesday afternoon.
A council spokesman said that a cleaner was approached by the boy, who claimed a man "flashed" at him.
"The cleaner closed the toilets for a period of 15 to 20 minutes while he reported the incident at Whitefield Police Station."
Police confirmed that they had received reports of a man, in his 50s, acting suspiciously.
He was described as grey-haired and wearing a beige duffle coat.
