A ONE-MONTH-old kitten was found minutes from death in a plastic bag dumped in a stream at Knuzden Brook.
The stricken animal, named Spotty because of his distinctive colouring, was found gasping for breath by a horse-rider who took him straight to the local cat sanctuary.
