THEATRE director Michael Berry is on the pull -- lorries that is!
He flexed his muscles for charity at Hollands Pies, Baxenden.
The firm will be helping with a massive sponsored pulling event which will see a train, a boat and plane on the move this weekend.
Fund-raisers will be pulling together on Sunday to help raise cash for a theatre for Blackburn. Around 60 people will be taking part in the event to raise cash for the Red Brick Theatre.
The first task will be to pull a canal boat along the Leeds and Liverpool Canal.
Then they will be off to the Worth Valley Railway to pull a steam engine and then their third and biggest feat will be at Manchester Airport where Air 2000 have supplied a jumbo jet for them to pull.
Mr Berry (pictured), project director of the theatre trust, said: "Hollands Pies will be providing the nourishment to sustain the pulling teams and I called in there to put in a bit of practice and sample the pies."
The pull will end with a celebration bonfire party at the Butlers Arms, Pleasington.
