JOHN Whitesmith has been appointed production director at Radcliffe-based commercial flooring specialists Polyflor Ltd. John (44), who lives in Bury, has been with the company for 18 years and progressed to his present role from those of development technologist, production manager and engineering development manager.
Married with two sons, John is a Manchester City supporter and a member of Holy Cross and Hawkshaw badminton clubs.
