A SPECIAL 17th century evening was held at the Pendle Heritage Centre, Barrowford.
The event was based on the real life story of the Pendle Witches.
The centre's refurbished Park Hill Barn was decorated in 17th century style for a candlelit buffet accompanied by period music played by the Speke Hall Renaissance Players.
One of the organisers Fiona Holland said they encouraged visitors to join in the fun by acting like true 17th century guests and eating with their fingers.
All proceeds will go to the Heritage Trust for the North west for the preservation and rehabilitation of historic buildings.
The Speke Hall Renaissance Players Tony Crotty and Catherine Emmett entertained guests with 17th Century music, played on traditional instruments.
