VICTORIA Rusius of Pendle AC was third counter for the North of England Under 20's team at the Cross Country Cup meeting in Ghent. Chosen for the Belgium trip after a fine third place in the opening round of the Mid Lancs League in Barrow, she finished 17th overall in a race which included under 20's and veterans. On a short flat course with some muddy sections she beat two of the athletes running for the England team.
