KIND-hearted schoolkids weren't puzzled when their problem solving raised £374 for the Royal Institute for the Blind (RNIB).
The children of Hollins Grundy primary school raised the money by completing a series of sponsored puzzles. Part of the money was also raised via collecting certain specified items.
The fund-raising was held after a representative of the RNIB called at the school to give pupils a talk.
Fund-raising for the charity was voluntary and both staff and pupils were delighted with the amount raised.
