GETTING it all wrapped up.
That's the owners of a popular Bury shop who have been rewarded for raising more than £1,600 for Bury Hospice.
The certificate of appreciation has been presented to Ron and Kate Eccles of the Paraphernalia shop on The Rock.
Colin Caffrey, hospice chairman, said: "The couple have been collecting for us for years.
"If anyone buys a gift from the shop and they want it gift-wrapped, they don't charge. Instead, the customer is asked to make a donation to the hospice."
Thanks to this service, the shop has raised more than £1,600 since June 1998 for the hospice and Mr Caffrey is grateful to the couple.
He went on: "It's especially appropriate at this time of year when hopefully many people will want Christmas gifts wrapped."
