FLAMBOYANT Pendle group Tidy take a break from their UK tour with Status Quo to play a special gig for their local fans.
Performing at the Punch Bowl, Earby, next Friday night the lads will take the chance to air a batch of new material.
Lead singer Bruce Thomas said: "We've written a load of new stuff and want to tighten things up before the Manchester and at Wembley gigs. One of the tracks has a bit of a Manchester feel.
"It's old school but with a bit of attitude."
He also revealed that the wacky group, who once appeared on stage dressed as Mexicans, have smartened up their act after securing a sponsorship deal with sport clothing firm Diadora.
Support is still to be confirmed but the free show is set for a 9pm start.
