I WAS amazed to read that as a couple of Stagecoach drivers, for some incomprehensible reason, cannot differentiate between a bus with a coach body or one with a double deck, then Stagecoach management promptly withdraws the entire service from my area.
By the same token, are we to expect the police to give up chasing crooks if a couple of them fail to be arrested? Absurd -- obviously, like this decision. You train staff, clarify problems, not run away taking your bat and ball away.
Why should I suffer from Stagecoach's inept management decisions?
