Christmas came early for the kids in Blackpool Victoria Hospital's children's ward when a bank donated £250 for new toys.
The Royal Bank of Scotland's regional manager Anita Hunt handed over the cheque to David Gill, chief executive at the hospital, last week.
"A stay in hospital can be daunting for many children, particularly during the Christmas period," said Anita.
"The hospital staff do a wonderful job keeping spirits up and helping to make the ward a fun place.
"It is very satisfying to know that, with our donation, some new games and toys can be purchased for the ward. which we hope the children will enjoy."
