ROSSENDALE have put their FA Vase clash against Brigg Town on the back burning ahead of their tough trip to Glossop North End.

The FA Vase clash has already been postponed twice already and will now take place on Tuesday -- with the winners at home to Billingham Town or Towlaw.

However manager Jim McCluskie is just looking forward to playing a game.

He said: "All our league games are important while the cup matches are a nice distraction. But now we are coming to the stage were we are just looking forward to playing 90 minutes of football.

"It is very difficult getting the lads up for a game only to have it postponed but that is somthing we are having to get used to."

At least McCluskie has the satisfaction of being able to choose from a full squad against a side that are currently riding high in seventh place.
