MERSEYSIDE Police are looking for new canine recruits.
The force's dog section needs German Shepherds to join 48 other working dogs. And the animals, which must be aged between 12 months and two years, are needed for courses starting in January.
Inspector Tony Dean, head of the Merseyside Police Dog Section, said: "The canine crime fighters play a key role in helping to make Merseyside a safer place."
