CARLETON A maintain a three point lead in the Premier Division of the Lytham St Annes and District Table Tennis League despite losing 7-3 to third placed Ansdell Arena A, but have played one more game than improving St Annes YMCA A who stormed to a 10-0 victory over Ansdell Arena C.
First Division leaders Lytham Ex Service B have stretched their lead after a good 8-2 win over AXA (Guardian) A to sixteen points from second placed St Thomas Church A who also won on the scoreline of 8-2 over AXA (Guardian) B.
Two 6-4 victories over AXA (Guardian) C and Ansdell Arena F enabled Carleton C to clinch top spot in the second division from previous leaders Lytham Ex Service C who went down 6-4 to their D team.
