TWO men charged with the murder of Bury taxi driver, Tariq Javed, have appeared again before magistrates in the town.
Mark Baker, aged 21, of Hazel Avenue, Bury, and Jason Power, aged 29, of no fixed abode, were charged following the death of the father of four on November 11.
The case against both men, who are also charged with stealing Mr Javed's taxi, was adjourned for committal proceedings to take place on January 4.
Also appearing before the court was a 16-year-old youth from Bury who faces charges of stealing the car and aggravated vehicle taking.
