A TEENAGER has found the key to career success by taking a modern apprenticeship in business administration.
Naman Ghani, 18, of Nelson, works as a residential lettings administrator with property firm Phoenix Enterprises, Brierfield.
He is developing his range of skills thanks to practical work and through training provided by ELTEC's modern apprenticeship programme.
Naman has just completed his Foundation Modern Apprenticeship with training from TDS (North West), of Rawtenstall, and gained an NVQ in business administration.
"I've never been a classroom person and didn't fancy the idea of going to college," said Naman.
"The modern apprenticeship programme gives me everything I need to progress and make something of myself.
"Since starting the modern apprenticeship I've really developed my IT and customer service skills, which is a great help as I have to deal with many different people on a daily basis."
