I CANNOT thank enough the nameless young man who came to my rescue on Friday, December 29, when I had fallen on the ice in the Comet car park.

He picked me and my bags up and took me home and was very concerned and caring.

Owing to the shock of the fall, which resulted in a badly-broken arm, I did not get the chance to thank him properly for his kind action.

I hope that he will read these words and come to know that his help to me on tht day will be long remembered.

Grateful pensioner (name and address supplied).
