MANAGERS, supervisors and administrators are being offered the chance to learn new skills and develop existing abilities.
Lifetime Training's revised winter calendar of short courses has just been announced detailing programmes to April.
Courses range from advanced marketing and negotiation skills, to confidence and assertiveness programmes and improving communications.
Harry Buls, ELTEC's work-force development director, said: "Lifetime Training Ltd offers organisations -- from all industry sectors -- the opportunity to develop their work-force and build new skills. The options are continuously updated and are designed to meet the growing needs of East Lancashire businesses."
