A FORTY-year-old woman received treatment for smoke inhalation following a chip-pan fire at a house in Chain Lane, Blackbrook.
Two fire crews from St Helens were called to the house at about 6.15pm on Tuesday, January 16.
The ground-floor kitchen was 10 per cent damaged and the rest of the house sustained smoke and heat damage.
