A NEW chairman has been appointed by Hoghton, Higher Walton and Brindle Churches Together group.
Joyce Hoyle will be inducted as chairman of the group tonight at All Saints Church, Higher Walton at 7.30pm. The service has been organised by Trinity Methodist Church, Hoghton
A churchwarden and member of the parish council at Holy Trinity Church, Hoghton, Mrs Hoyle succeeds Jim Lawrenson of Brindle St Joseph's Church, Hoghton.
