CAN I register my disgust at Hyndburn Council leader Peter Britcliffe's scramble for publicity?
He has taken on many duties that should be the tasks of our excellent Mayor and Mayoress and while I appreciate he needs publicity as the Parliamentary candidate for Hyndburn, he should get his priorities in order and attend to Hyndburn's many problems.
