ME? -- I don't know my 'Boll' from my 'Nep,' but what I do know is that trying to turn Church Street, in Blackburn, into a shopping experience will take some doing, with or without statues.
I will continue to shop in Preston where they just get on with it -- good shops and service without falling over Bolls, Gins, Mercers, Neps or Lumens!
No doubt it will look pretty, but where are the shops?
