MEMBERS of the public are being invited to have their say at the next full meeting of St Helens Council on Wednesday, February 28 starting at 6.15pm.

Time will be set aside for a public question session. Questions and deputations from members of the public must be concerned with matters relating to functions of the council and how they affect the borough or part of it.

The questions must not relate to personal or individual issues.

The deadline for submissions, which must be put in writing, is 5pm on Thursday, February 22.
