Gavin scored 28 goals last season in just three months up to December. He missed the rest of the season with a broken leg.
He has been getting his match fitness back in the Manchester Sunday League and Peters was delighted to have secured his signature. "He is a prolific goalscorer," he said. "And we have been creating lots of chances and not scoring so he will be a valuable addition."
