A SEX pest on a bike who indecently exposes himself to young boys has offended again.
A 12-year-old boy was playing football with friends in Towneley Park, Burnley, behind Brunshaw Youth centre at 3pm yesterday when the pervert struck.
Police believe him to be the same offender who twice indecently exposed himself to young boys in Queens Park, Burnley, recently.
On all three occasions the pervert, who has committed an indecent act, has been dressed in blue cycling shorts, blue T-shirt and a blue cycling helmet.
He is white, aged about 30, 5ft 6/8ins tall, of athletic build and clean shaven.
He was riding a multi coloured bike with straight handle bars.
