A PENSIONER accused of assaulting his girlfriend has appeared before magistrates in Bury.
Kenneth Donohue, aged 68, from Thorp Avenue, Radcliffe, is alleged to have unlawfully and maliciously inflicted grievous bodily harm on Susan Lomax.
The case was adjourned until April 6 for a pre-trial review to take place.
Donohue, who pleaded not guilty yesterday, was given conditional bail.
