AN invitation has gone out to people in East Bury to help clean up the town!
For 60 teams of litter-pickers are being sought to work in their area during the month of April.
The clean-up is being organised by Bury Business Environment Association in partnership with the Tidy Britain Group.
For many years, the Tidy Britain Group has run a "Spring Clean" campaign, but this year it changes.
The problems of litter is a national concern and next month it is hoped the community in East Bury will come together.
Bury Business Environment Association and the Tidy Britain Group are now anxious for 60 teams from the East Bury Initiative area to do litter picking in their own grounds during April.
