A MANHUNT was under way in Burnley after a police constable was knocked to the ground and dragged through a barbed wire fence when he tackled a burglar.
PC Paul Quinton was chasing the man across gardens to the rear of Kibble Crescent after the burglary at a house in Marsden Road.
