VISITORS to some of Pendle's leisure centres will be forgiven for thinking they have taken a step back in time on Saturday April 21, when they will be allowed in for 1974 prices.
This means children swimming for 10 pence and adults paying 20 pence for one day only.
The special promotion, which will apply at Pendle Wavelengths, in Nelson, Pendle Leisure Centre, in Colne, and West Craven Sports Centre, in Barnoldswick, has been organised to celebrate the re-launch of Pendle Leisure Trust, which was formerly Pendle Leisure Services.
