NORTH West medical students will be taught at Lancaster University for the first time in collaboration with Liverpool University and Morecambe Bay Hospital Trust.
The students will be coming to Lancaster to study on special intensive subject modules organised through a number of university departments.
Deputy Vice-Chancellor, Prof Nick Abercrombie, said: "This new initiative builds on Lancaster's existing health related research and teaching and it is a major advance to be associated with Liverpool's medical school."
