While sitting in your suburban pigeon loft, think about this. Have you a clue about farmers' lives? They have to put up with working for 21 hours a day in all conditions as well as interfering bureaucrats, trespassers, thieves and vandals. They have to pay for the tools they use in modern agriculture and still get rock bottom prices for all their produce. All this for £10,000 a year so that you can have an affordable meal.
