I HAVE been trying for many years to trace descendants of a Blackburn couple, John Jackson and Elizabeth Longworth, who married in Blackburn about 1870. They had five children by 1891 and maybe more later on. They lived at 4 Maudsley Street, Blackburn and John either worked at, or owned, an iron foundry.
