BOOKWORMS looking for a good read no longer need to search high and low.
An "Unsorted" collection of contemporary fiction has been put together at Bury library for those in a rush for something different.
The collection aims to appeal to a wide audience and draw attention to the best of new fiction.
Councillor Siobhan Costello, arts and culture spokesman, said: "While many people enjoy a good browse around the shelves others like to select a book quickly and be on their way.
"Many spend less than ten minutes in the library at any one time and establishing the "Unsorted" means that they can go straight to a guaranteed selection of some of the most interesting reading material.
"We think the collection may attract new readers to contemporary fiction and even encourage one or two to be a bit more adventurous."
