E-BUSINESS specialist Formfill has appointed Chris Armstrong as an account manager to work on the Blackburn company's push to pick up local authority business.
Chris has spent the past year at infrastructure provider Horizon and he has also worked for the ICL group where he was responsible for systems with companies such as Andersen Consulting, Price Waterhouse Coopers, Logica and Unisys.
Said Chris: "Formfill has great vision and I am looking forward to the challenges that local government will present."
John Furness, sales director, said Chris's experience would help the company penetrate the local government market in the run up to 2005 when all council services must be on line.
