POLICE snatched wind chimes from a garden to end a neighbourhood row over the irritating tinkling. An officer climbed the fence and took them while the owners were away on holiday after they ignored repeated requests to remove them. I wish they'd come and do that at the house next door to me. The things are an absolute pain.
