FOUR actors are preparing to get soaked nightly for their art as they discover the nightmare that is Neville's Island.
The cast become castaways for the Tim Firth comedy, directed by Carol Anne Connolly, for Rossendale Players' latest offering at the New Millennium Theatre, Burnley Road East, Waterfoot.
First night of Neville's Island is Saturday and actors Tony Harris, Steven Derbyshire, Paul McGowan and Colin Braidford will also be taking to the stage on Sunday and from Tuesday to Saturday next week (no performance next Monday).
The play features four out-of-condition, middle-aged businessmen whose plans for a team-building exercise are scuppered when they are shipwrecked in the Lake District and have to fight for survival when night sets in.
Tickets, £5 (concessions £4) are available from 01706 228720 or from Tourist Information, Kay Street, Rawtenstall, Watts News, Burnley Road East, Waterfoot and Bacup News, St James Street, Bacup.
