A TEENAGE boy was robbed of his mobile phone at knifepoint.
The 16-year-old was in Bury Interchange at 4.30pm on Tuesday (May 29) when approached by a group of youths.
They demanded he hand over property and one threatened him with a knife.
Police say the gang comprised several Asian males. The knife-wielding thug was of medium build, 5ft 8in, wore dark clothing and a Nike baseball cap.
Anyone with information is asked to call the Bury operational crime unit on 856 8157.
